Worked with the EMEA brand team on the upper-funnel side: tentpole sponsorships across Sky, Eurosport, the Formula 1 season launch, Tennis and Golf Grand Slams, and the Olympics. Priority-audience reach grew, the playbook kept running after I moved on.

Senior Media Strategist, Demand

ServiceNow·2022 – Present

Owned EMEA paid demand-gen across search, social, programmatic and ABM, with buying-groups data feeding pipeline coverage. Rebuilt attribution end to end (Marketo, ad-server, intent data) so every euro had a name. Pipeline and ROAS doubled. The model now runs globally.

At Enel X we bootstrapped the marketing team for Enel X Pay (neobank) and PagoPA (bills payment) from scratch. Built the acquisition stack, instrumented the funnel, kept CAC steady. Scaled from 0 to 500K users. Acquired by Mooney soon after.

Wanfuteng Bank·2020 – 2022

A small Pacific bank wanted to be found online. We rebuilt the brand, launched paid search and social from scratch, and joined the analytics dots. Tripled new signups, took loan applications from zero to over two hundred a month.

DIAGEO·2019 – 2020

Embedded in Diageo’s London social studio with a team of fifteen across twelve global brands. Helped pull Tanqueray to number one gin on social, then directed the live build around World Class 2019. A million views, real money behind it.

HMD (Nokia)·2017 – 2019

At HMD we deployed Nokia’s global digital marketing strategy across more than sixty markets. Our team owned media planning, paid campaigns, consumer activations, influencer programmes and crisis comms. Annual revenue passed a billion. The company reached unicorn status soon after.

Senior Performance Media Strategist (Microsoft)

Dentsu·2016 – 2017

Ran the Microsoft EMEA programmatic and paid-search book at Dentsu. Over a hundred million across DSPs, ad servers and a dozen markets. Built the BI setup in Python and SQL, then ran the weekly attribution and reallocation cycle on it.

Background

I grew up in Italy, studied in London (BA at King’s, MSc at SOAS), and have been based there ever since. Most of my work runs across London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona and Berlin, with the occasional client further afield, in Italian, English, French or Spanish depending on whose meeting room we’re in.
